'Nini Nguyen - Serious Eats'

Nini Nguyen is a chef, instructor, recipe developer and two-time contestant on Bravo’s Top Chef, including an All-Stars season. A New Orleans native, Chef Nini combines her Vietnamese heritage with Creole influences in her cuisine. She is working on her first cookbook titled, Đặc Biệt : An Extra Special Vietnamese Cookbook expected to come out Summer 2024.

Chef Nini Nguyen is a renowned culinary expert with national visibility and a dedicated following. Early in her career, Chef Nini started as a pastry chef working in kitchens in New Orleans. She then honed her skills in New York City working at Michelin-starred restaurants like Eleven Madison Park. Though cooking is her passion, Chef Nini really fell in love with teaching and mentoring others in the kitchen. She then helped develop a cooking school in Brooklyn called Cook Space where she helped home cooks sharpen their cooking skills with techniques from professional kitchens.
