Megan Zhang is a food journalist and recipe developer whose work has appeared in Bon Appetit, Conde Nast Traveler, The Cut, and BBC, among others. She is a former senior editor of Saveur and America's Test Kitchen and previously wrote and hosted the TV docuseries Travelogue: Exploring Hidden China. Her debut book, EATING WITH THE SUN, is a memoir of exploring her heritage through the microseasons of the Chinese lunisolar calendar.
