As the Senior Research Strategist, he has researched thousands of kitchen-related products and tested hundreds of kitchen, outdoor, and fitness products as a part of People Inc.'s product testing program. He started working at People Inc. in 2019 as a Recipe Developer, Tester, and Food Stylist Assistant in the People Inc. Food Studios before transitioning to editorial project manager in 2022. In addition to having over four years of experience writing, testing, and styling recipes, he also has over a decade of experience working in fine dining restaurants and has managed kitchens for James Beard Award-winning chefs.
